Thank you for shopping at Aleoba. We provide Unique fashion products from independent designers. All our products are designed with high quality material.  Our shipping and packaging team inspect orders before they are shipped out to insure that they meet the maximum customer satisfaction.

We have multiple shipping methods that allow the customers to choose the type of shipment she or he desires to use. The number of shipment days does not include weekends and holidays.

Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified by email and you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package at any time.

If you are not satisfied with the product it is easy to exchange or get your full refund, just follow the instructions on the return page,

Most of the countries do not charge customs in single orders. You may expect to be charged customs in orders that are in bundles or in bales if ordered from a store outside the country.

We help our customers to be able to receive their packages on time and pay lower fees on packages that are subject to customs/tariff charges.

       Downloadable product

Once you purchase a downloadable product, immediately after payment it will allow you to download it as many times as you want. If you are having a problem with downloading a product after payment please contact the store owner/ Vendor to send the purchased download via email.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We value you and the decisions that you make, your opinion matters to us. Products that are received by a customer with a default or received damaged must be returned or exchanged according to the desire of the customer. The customer has a right to choose whether he want to return for a refund or for an exchange of a better product.

  1. All goods are to be return to the seller within 30 days after delivery.
  2. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received in, must be in the original box it was shipped in and not used. Failure  to meet the above conditions it may cause the denial of the return.
  3. Contact Us to give you the appropriate and accurate return address.

Products that are returned 2 days after delivery, the return shipping cost will be free. If return has been initiated on the third day upwards, the sender will have to pay for the shipping cost.

All Premium members has a free return for 30 days days period for products purchased in the same country.

Once the product has been received in an expected condition the buyer will then receive a full amount she/he bought the product with or the exchanged product will be then be sent to the buyer.

The money the buyer used for the purchase will be in hold until we verify that the buyer is happy with the purchase.
